By opting in to our communications, you may receive text messages related to scheduling, appointment confirmations, service updates, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers related to our cleaning services.

CleanWorks 360 provides residential cleaning services including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring services, and optional add-on services. Pricing and scope may vary based on the condition of the home and requested services.

Text Messaging & Communications

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 972-806-9827. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 972-806-9827.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages as needed based on your interaction with CleanWorks 360, including appointment-related and promotional messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

CleanWorks 360 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.
